- BBBarbara BrownSep 6, 20265.0Had only managed to book healthy pet club check.Im not very savvy on online booking.However,when I mentioned my dog Beryl Brown needed her booster and her anal glands needed doing and I needed to book this on the way out, the nurse said she would see if a vet had time to fit these in.The vet came in and did her booster,kennel cough up nose and anal glands emptied .This was done quickly and professionally resulting in less stress for Beryl who is a bit nervous.

Soro can be quite a handful-he’s very timid and anxious but not once did they make me feel like he was difficult to deal with. Every single person, from the reception team to the vets who treated him, was exceptional. They showed so much patience, kindness and empathy throughout. I genuinely couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you all so much again for taking such great care of Soro! ❤️
