When I turned up to the salon (after driving 25 minutes to get there) I was met with a closed sign. When speaking to the manager she stated that she believed that all customers were notified. I was not. I explained this and was told to go online if I wanted to complain. With fuel costs at the moment that was not a wasted journey I could afford.

Despite taking our contact details when we book no-one can be bothered to call us ahead of the appointment to let us known it's cancelled so it's just another 40 minutes and 35 mile round trip wasted. I don't know why they bother to book appointments as they clearly don't look at them in advance or manage the diary. This amateur not caring attitude must be loosing them lots of customers who like us have been loyal for years but increasingly realise it will just be easier to go elsewhere and not be messed around. You can understand these types of issues happening once or twice but not when it becomes the norm.
