  I’ve been with Animed since moving to the area in 2005 and wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. What truly sets both the Whitstable and Beltinge practices apart is the people. Every member of staff is an asset to the company and I would recommend them wholeheartedly. They are consistently kind, understanding, and genuinely caring, you can see and feel that they treat every animal as if it were their own. Their professionalism and compassion go hand in hand, and they always go out of their way to help. Their expertise is exceptional, and they take the time to give you a clear, complete picture of the situation along with all available options. Everything is explained in plain English, with patience and empathy, and nothing is ever too much trouble. Their caring nature shines through in every interaction, and it’s exactly why I trust them without hesitation. Thank you to everyone at Animed, past and present, you are all such wonderful people.

  Always amazing with our medium/large very excited dog, recieve excellent advice from extremely friendly staff. Forever going above and beyond, we changed over from a different local vet a year and a half ago and have had nothing but good experiences.

  From start to finish the service from everyone involved was excellent. Well communicated, even took over the complexities of an insurance claim. After service leading on from Mollys operation has also been excellent. Thank you to you all.

  Diligent and friendly vet service. I have lost count of the number of times that staff have gone over and above what could be expected on behalf of our dogs, including in what were extremely distressing circumstances. Would highly recommend.

  We have regular visits to animed as our elderly dog has monthly injections, whenever we have a appointment or for our younger dog all the staff, are friendly & caring , from the receptionist, to nurses& vets , so fully recommend
