This past weekend, we faced the difficult ordeal of having to put down our 13-year-old Pomeranian, who was very unwell. It broke our family's hearts. Although this is not our regular vet, our normal vet was closed over the weekend, and they graciously took in our dog, Ollie. Despite the sadness of the situation, the staff did everything they could to help us during this tough time. We left feeling very upset, but also reassured that our beloved family dog was now at rest. Thank you to the staff who were there on Saturday morning for their compassion and support.
