- JGJames Gore2 days ago5.0Plunketts have been excellent. I had one cat with a lifelong condition and they went out of their way to source medicines during a global shortage for her. Reception staff are friendly and caring, vets are skilled and give good advice. They also sort out insurance claims directly with some insurers. I would recommend.

When she became desperately ill at the beginning of August, the team performed the life-saving operation that gave us another six precious weeks with her. We knew those weeks were borrowed time, but they meant absolutely everything to us, and we will forever be grateful that we had them. When the end ultimately came, the care, kindness and genuine compassion shown to Holly and to our family was incredible. This wasn’t simply people doing their jobs. You could see how much they genuinely cared. To see the professionals who had cared for Holly visibly upset themselves, and then to receive such heartfelt messages afterwards, meant more to us than I can possibly explain. Every member of staff treated Holly with such kindness and dignity throughout, and treated us with the same compassion. No words, review or gesture could ever really express our gratitude for what you did for Holly and for us. You gave us six more weeks with our beautiful girl, and when it was finally time to say goodbye, you helped make an unbearably difficult day as peaceful and dignified as it could possibly be. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for everything you did for Holly. We will never forget it.
