- MMMrs MelissaMay 7, 20262.0Had not wanted to do a review but as a friend recently shared a negative experience it reminded me of when I bought my puppy here and were charged up front on first visit for all our jabs after initially being told we pay per jab session. I felt really embarrassed as the receptionist gave me a telling off in the waiting room in front of other customers declaring YOU PAY NOW! NOW! I wouldn't ever go here again purely on this experience. The vet also pushed extremely hard to sell me things I didn't want and I've gone to another vets since. I appreciate many people are happy to pay up front but it was a humiliating experience and left me in tears. When my husband phoned up to complain for he was told 'No your wife was very happy to pay'
