I pay monthly for a health programme, requested a wormer is sent to me and paid postage. After two months and numerous calls still no wormer. Ended up buying it myself so now I’m out of pocket for the wormer and postage. I was just told it was out of their hands and the only resolution was to cancel my plan.
No offer to compensate me they took the postage payment and failed to post, they take your monthly plan payment but failed to provide the product.
Disgusting service I’m still £40 out of pocket !!!
