- CFCare and FlairAug 25, 20261.0It's been two years now since our beautiful Vlad was euthanised at this establishment. They didn't even wait for me to enter the room before they took him away. They left us there 40 minutes before they carried in his unconscious body. After the euthanasia they dragged his body across the floor to clear the door. I went through the entire complaints procedure and just got fobbed off. A pointless exercise. They don't care. It hurts me still that I wasn't there for my dog. NEVER have I known an animal to be taken away from its owners at such a time! Do not take your much loved pet here for its final moment. Your pet will be traumatised and so will you. I will never let this rest. It won't let me rest.

I’ve been going through a complaint now since June due to their lies and lack of responsibility. They did not treat my dog correctly and even when you take your evidence and concerns higher they still go by the notes and tell the client they are lying. AVOID if you love your animal. There are better vets out there that aren’t money grabbing and actually want to spend time helping your pet

During such a heartbreaking time, the whole team were incredible. They did everything they possibly could, despite the limitations they faced, to help him. Being able to hold and hug Bear in his final moments meant everything to me, and I will be forever grateful to the team for making his passing as peaceful and pain-free as possible. Their empathy and support will never be forgotten. Thank you for treating Bear with such dignity, love, and respect.
