My miniature schnauzer was admitted having been attacked by another dog. Near to death with greavious injuries and suffering with septicemia, against all the odds Newnham Court saved his life using incredible first class veterinary skill and a superb level of genuine compassion.

Went to the emergency vet with my poorly dog, received the most amazing care. Everyone was friendly, helpful and the vet clearly explained everything.

I had an appointment today at 3:00 PM for my cat blood test and to collect his GS medication.
While the blood test itself was completed reasonably quickly, I had to wait for over an hour to collect the medication.
I submitted the medication request at the end of last week and received confirmation by email that it would be ready for collection on Monday. However, after waiting for a long time, I approached reception to ask when the medication would be available, and I was told that it would be provided as soon as it was ready.
It later became clear that my request had simply been overlooked.
Sitting in the waiting room for such a prolonged period with a cat who has a serious medical condition, an unresolved diagnosis, and is already under considerable stress was extremely upsetting.
Given the very high costs charged by your clinic, I find this level of service deeply disappointing...

I honestly can’t recommend Newnham Court Veterinary Hospitalnenough. They were an absolute lifeline for us. We’ve had to rush there in the scary quiet of the middle of the night, as well as for a busy Saturday visit, and the staff are just incredible. Even at 3:00 AM when you're panicking, their vets and nurses have this amazingly calming approach that instantly makes you feel like everything is going to be okay. It’s so much more than just a well-equipped hospital with all the fancy tech; it’s a place where they truly love your fur-baby as much as you do. Knowing they are there 24/7 with such a kind, friendly team gives me so much peace of mind as a dog mum!
