Bella on Reception is a credit as she is always cheerful, helpful and considerate, a real asset as she is the first point of contact with a very calming and compassionate disposition. Valeria has been amazing as one of our cats has a rare cancer and she has provided exceptional advice and treatment along with preparing us with signs to look out for and discussing the situation in terms we understand. The nurses are lovely and again are very knowledgeable and caring. We really couldn't wish for a better service. Been with Animed for almost 20 years, have left 30% of my estate to Beltinge in my will as thanks for everything they have done over the years for my cats and us...its the staff that make Animed and I'm forever thankful.
