I booked a groom from my dog a month in advance, received numerous reminders, including the day before the groom. When I turned up to the salon (after driving 25 minutes to get there) I was met with a closed sign. When speaking to the manager she stated that she believed that all customers were notified. I was not. I explained this and was told to go online if I wanted to complain. With fuel costs at the moment that was not a wasted journey I could afford.
