I adopted two little bunnies, Ben and Raymond, from here on 18th July. This was my second time visiting the Sturry Road branch, as my local Pets at Home is Aylesford. My first visit to the centre was in search of adult rabbits on 14th July, and so I returned to adopt them.
All the members of staff were really friendly, and James was especially helpful on both occasions, knowing much about the two bunnies and giving lots of background and advice on their medical conditions and requirements. Felix was also very helpful, and rang up a couple of days later to check on how Ben and Raymond were settling in. They're now very happy in their forever home, and enjoying the company of my other bunnies, particularly Kiara (pictured below). I highly recommend adopting from the Pets Foundation.

We had to make the difficult decision to have our fur baby put to sleep she was 14, unfortunately we didn't feel the staff were very compassionate or showed any empathy for what was a very emotional and heartbreaking time, once we left the the room the reception member just told us the balance for the bill, the reason for 2 stars is for Amanda who called me to say our furbaby was ready for collection and the other staff member on reception on Saturday lunchtime was very sympathetic and compassionate, we have now found another vet for our other furbabies as we don't want a repeat experience again.

Cookie has recently be diagnosed with diabetes so we are spending alot of time back and forth to the vets .They have been very helpful and are so good with Cookie
