- OBOliver Di BartoloSep 27, 20265.0The vet and Receptionist at Roebuck Vets were exceptional. I brought my cat to Roebuck as an emergency walk in after he injured himself. He had previously had an eye removed at a different practice and had managed to escape my house, and declaw himself climbing up a fence. The receptionist was kind, informative and helpful. The male vet we saw (apologies for no name) was attentive and professional. Reassuring me explaining everything along the way.

They may be a little more expensive than some other vets but being a 24/7 vets with onsite hospital, for me that is peace of mind. My previous dog was a regular there throughout his life for an ongoing condition and our rescue dog we have now went yesterday to be neutered. They've shown nothing but care and kindness.

The first and last time I was at this vet was when my uncles dog got out and I was looking for her (My uncle is severely disabled). Found out she got taken here. I went to pick her up and the vet was so rude and igrant. She was basically blaming my uncle and saying if he cant look after her, he shouldn't have her. She did need a microchip and she argued with me over it. I told her I will take her to her vets and get it done. She still wasn't going to give me her though. I proved she knew me by calling her and she came running over to me and she still argued with me when all I wanted to do was take her home to my uncle. He is in a wheelchair and she was his only companion. He was devastated when she went missing and was crying to me on the phone to help find her. She adored him and him her.
