Just had cat checked out - he has an eye infection….. ointment recommended and bought from them cost £55 but I found out was available on line for £7.99! Daylight robbery…..
After a phone call I was told that was THEIR price but I could have ASKED for a ‘prescription’ price, saving me £47… never ever going back there again… warning to all you other clients!!!!!

Usually don't review chains, but this store is frequently by us a lot to weigh our Guide Dog. Vet is lovely, front desk of vet is lovely and she always gives our little pup a treat. Checkout staff are so obvious pet lovers as they want to pet our pup. It's so friendly and well stocked.
