Thank you so much for the wonderful care your surgery has provided our Martha for the past 17 years. From the lovely reception staff who are always so helpful and deal with insurance companies on our behalf (much appreciated when in distressing situations )And a special thank you to Daniela and Jessie who came to put Martha to rest this week. They were wonderful,so kind and calm and compassionate. Nothing was rushed and Martha left us in the garden, in the sunshine which she loved. And to Jo who gave us good advice about the process, organised this and the arrangements after, which really helped and gave comfort. Martha was a regular visitor in the last 3 years and she was treated like ‘one of the family’. They really do put the pets first

Our little Martha had been coming here for years and you couldn’t ask for a more empathetic, calm and friendly atmosphere for your pets. Everyone is so professional, understanding and helpful; we’ve had to say goodbye to our Martha but it made it easier having such warm and wonderful people to help us and her through it.
Couldn’t recommend more for your pets and thank you to everyone here who has looked after us throughout everything. It meant a lot that everyone here would always go the extra mile to keep our Martha happy and healthy over the years and we got to treasure many more years and precious moments with her because of the amazing care they gave her.

Faultless experience. Came home to what sounded like a very sick dog late afternoon on a Saturday. Called Woolpack and even though the were fully booked they managed to squeeze us in straight away. Nicky on reception was so kind and empathetic, turned out to be a nasty respiratory infection and they gave me reassurance that even though our dog sounds very unwell she will likely be fine. Gave us the reassurance that we needed and saved us a huge out of hours vet fee. Can’t thank you enough especially Nicky.
