  A massive thank you to Sue and everyone at Fernside Veterinary Centre. From my first phone call to bringing my two kittens in today, the customer service and communication were absolutely phenomenal. My kids were a little upset about the kittens having their operations, and every member of staff took the time to speak to them, reassure them and make them feel comfortable, which I really appreciated. I drove over 35 minutes to come here because of the amazing reviews, and now I completely understand why they are so highly rated. Far more helpful than any other vet I contacted. Thank you Sue and the whole team for being so friendly, caring and helpful. I would highly recommend Fernside Veterinary Centre to anyone!

  I had my female cat, Sormeh, spayed at Fernside Veterinary Centre, and the whole experience was excellent. Everything was handled professionally from start to finish, and the team was incredibly kind, caring, and reassuring. They took great care of Sormeh, and I felt she was in safe hands throughout the entire process. Thank you to everyone at Fernside for your wonderful care. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate veterinary practice

  I had such a great experience at Fernside today. My sister has always brought her cat here and recommended them to me, saying my cat would be in the best hands, and even though we don't live in the area we decided to book my cat in, and she was absolutely right! The whole appointment was flawless. Everyone, from the receptionists to the nurses and vet, was so kind, caring and professional. They kept me updated throughout the day while my cat was admitted, which really put my mind at ease. Thank you all for taking such wonderful care of my cat Yuki. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this practice.

  We registered a couple of years ago. In February, Dr Robyn and her team did a fantastic Cystotomy operation and removed several spiky stones from my cat's bladder. The recovery is amazing. My cat has been happy since. The pre operation communication was properly done and the charge was transparent and fair.

  I cant fault fernside from Noel all the receptionists to Nurae Danielle. I have 2 cats I orginally had my 1st Lunar with Medivet and big mistake. Woth my 2nd cat Moon I went with my friends advice with fernside. They were so knowledgeable listened to me when I said after the neurting please give half of the food with some water. They listened. Medivet never listened. I'm so pleased with fernside and the fact Moon recovery from neurting is so good. I can't wait for the follow up on Thursday to thank all of them with being patient with me.
