But If she wasn't in I had to deal with the horrible rude manager who i think has now left. I know the staff there were ran rugged due to the company not allowing them more time on grooms, pack them in mentality. The groomers weren't able to work to their full potential and doing mine was stressful for her as I require a very specific cut that has to be done with scissors. I left in the end as it just wasn't professional and the manager was unbearably rude and my girl told me she was leaving due to the above and awful pay. Here's the interesting part. I was taking my dog WEEKLY. Imagine the money they've lost on me. A bath and brush every week at £33 then a full groom at £65. I now go to a show groomer weekly and pay £25. My dog actually gets excited to go which tells you everything. My current groomer is on holiday so I thought I'd look at booking in here for just a wash and blowdry seeing as the rude manager has moved on. They want £45. I literally laughed out loud. That's utterly ridiculous and clearly the company haven't a clue because they've priced out people like me who groom weekly or fortnightly. Seriously? £45 for a wash and blow dry! Even £35 is excessive. No wonder this place has such shocking reviews. Typical farm them in and farm them out and it's all about money mentality. The people in St Albans luckily have enough alternatives and avoid this place like the plague.
