  I wonder if pets at home employ xenophobes on purpose or not. I attended the shop twice recently, first time served by “Frankie” who asked for my surname in order to put my Pets at home loyalty card. When I gave her my name she said “oh you’re one of THOSE”. I replied “excuse me?” And she scoffed and said “you’re one of THOSE”, I was extremely confused but frankly thought I was missing something. The second time I attended I was in a rush and wanted to purchase some yaks which were on offer - 4 for 3. I was again served by Frankie. She asked if I had my pets at home card - I didn’t. I didn’t want to give her my surname after what happened on the last occasion and just said don’t worry about it, can I just pay. She then charged me for all 4 yaks. At no point did she tell me the 4 for 3 offer was only for pets at home loyalty card holders. I asked for a refund immediately and told her this is the second time she’s had a problem with me so I’d like her name and her managers contact details. Her response was (and I quote) “I am the manager so you’ll be making your silly complaint to me”. I’d like to have the contact details of her manager as she clearly has a problem with people from different countries. I wonder how many people she has scammed or offended…

  My nervous pup wouldn't let anyone else groom her, but everytime we go she comes out tail wagging and looking fresh. The girls are lovely and I can't recommend them enough!
