    Sadly let down due to staff sickness, Manager James tried to ring but just got hold of team member who can’t refund deposit as I paid in person so I still have to make the journey and can only offer appointment during working week. I’ve booked this day off to accommodate this appointment. Disappointed they couldn’t be a little more helpful as they cancelled.

    I bring my nervous / reactive collie here to get washed and have a de-shed. Alex has groomed him a few times now and she does a great job with him. He normally doesn’t like strangers so for Alex to be able to wash and brush him and make him feel comfortable is a great peace of mind. He always comes out happy and smelling fresh!

    The lady is very rude and a liar. I won’t be taking my dogs back to there. Over charged and not happy with the service. Terrible customer service
