Animed Equine offers a fully mobile dedicated equine service to clients in South Hampshire and West Sussex 24-hours a day, seven days a week.
We are RCVS accredited as an Equine General Practice.
Our friendly team of experienced equine vets have a broad range of interests from poor performance and lameness to internal medicine and geriatric care. We strive to provide top quality veterinary care to all our patients – from the elite athlete to the retired first pony.
Our mobile equipment enables us to carry out thorough investigations at your premises however for convenience many owners choose to bring their horses to our well-equipped clinic at Shedfield.

- JPJordana PereiraFeb 12, 20263.0***ASK FOR WRITTEN PRESCRIPTIONS*** as they are included in your visit charge. Their mark up can be as much as 300% on medication which you can get online delivered the next day. Vets change a lot but they are supported by a great nursing and reception team.
- MHMarcia HarcourtMar 12, 20251.0Always thought animed were the best as regarded them in the highest esteem as they have always been fantastic with all of my dogs I've had and still have. But unfortunately my opinion has now changed as always had all 5 of my docs looked at at the same time in one appointment block whether by the vet or the nurse for their healthy pet checks. But phoned to book them all in as usual but now I'm told they can't see all 5 if my dogs at once as it takes up to much of there time and I now need to split them and make two appointments which I'm far from happy about as that's basically four trips of 10 miles at a time and extra costs on my diesel bill. So it now seems that animed care more about making money than actually the care of the animals they see. So very disappointed in animed as I can't see what the difference is whether you take in 1 dog or 5 as they are still getting paid by healthy pet club. Obviously it's not as much as paying on every visit.
