Don't really understand why people buy goods from shops like this anymore if they can get it cheaper and delivered from Amazon.
However it does have a wide range of stock and people who can advise younso good if you are craving that human interaction.

Started using you guys as have new puppy and you guys keep the food we wanted to put him on. Asked advice for crate. Told any problems bring it back, we did take our puppy in so you could see his size. Far to big for our boy and he trapped his jaw in the door twice within an hour of assembling and then he would not go near it and we took it down. We have been busy so didn't take it back for a couple of weeks. Patrick started to serve us and was very attentive but his manager insisted in taking over and was rude she insisted on taking it out of the box asking how long had he been in it and when we told her the problem didn't apologise or even ask if the puppy was OK. Going forward we will order his food online and use pets corner for other bits and bobs. Don't care about pricing but customer service is my main focus coming from a retail environment myself. Your managers need a passion for what they do and should set an example for the team. She wouldn't motivate or inspire me, on the whole the other staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful
