- OMOlivia Michelle1 day ago5.0Had to ring the 24hr emergency vet in the night as my elderly cat appeared to be having some sort of seizure. She’d never experienced anything like that and it was really scaring me and my mum as there wasn’t any signs of her recovering quickly. When we rang the person that answered the phone was very calm and asked us questions so they’d know whether or not she needed to be brought in. It was decided that as she wasn’t getting better that we should so that’s what we did. As soon as we got there we were met by one of the nurses (unfortunately didn’t get her name) who I assume was the person we were on the phone with as she was very calm and swiftly took my cat in the back to see the vet. After a short while the vet came out to talk to us about what she’d observed and thankfully my cat’s alright now but things could have been a lot different if this wasn’t available. 10/10 for this place and the incredible staff.

Your help and guidance in halving his insulin and what we should do was very helpful and since then (fingers crossed) he has been fine and not had any “low” symptoms. We were not registered at this vets and yet you saw us immediately Thanks so much once again. Michelle & Melvyn

The lady that dealt with us and trixie was absolutely brilliant and so caring and delicate with the whole situation so thank you!
