Mixed review, we were accidentally overcharged, tried getting hold of customer service online which was not helpful but upon calling up the store, was apologised to and asked to come in for a refund naming the person I spoke too so other staff were aware it had been dealt with. Because my partner paid using his card and myself being busy, he went in, with receipt and name and unfortunately didn't have a very good experience with certain staff members.
