- AKAlan Wilson Terry KnownAug 29, 20263.0The staff are absolutely faultless, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and attentive. But they need more staff in, I’ve never made a visit where my appointment has been anywhere near on time. People book time off work to come in and I always come away thinking I needed even more time, even for a quick appointment. The nature of the business is obviously prone to over running appointments to assure maximum care quality but every single time? There has to be something Seadown can do for their staff to make it easier.
- RGRobert GrantAug 22, 20221.0I had my first experience with these vets today, I made a simple request for information regarding my horse Their response was condescending and rude. They obviously have no manners or respect. Their service is p1ss poor, I would avoid them like the plague, so rude.
