Usually find what I need here and staff are friendly helpful and knowledgeable. Only had a couple instances I felt rushed on the till which isn't helpful when another member staff could jump on a till to reduce the queue and prevent anxiety.
Vets are great here too never had an issue

The lady on reception at the vats is very rude, clearly doesn't like dogs or people. Went in to ask for some advice about joining and it seemed like I was wasting her time. I also asked if they take my pet insurance if I ever need to use it and she spoke down to me like I was asking a silly question. I have top maximum cover for my dog and I wanted to make sure she is covered

My kids came to their children's workshop this afternoon - free of charge, and Kai spent lots of time showing them all the different animals, teaching them all about them and letting them hold a few. They really enjoyed it! Certificate, colouring sheets and stickers at the end. A brilliant way to pass 45 minutes in the school holidays, thanks so much!

In today and watched a staff member have to deal with an incredibly rude abusive customer. Poor girl didn’t deserve to have to deal with that. She handled herself with professionalism and should be praised for it.
Retail manager of 20+ years and 10/10 for her staying calm.
I’d have barred the cus/nt-omer from shopping there again.
