  Went down yesterday with my dog who they think have infected anal glands the vet took him away from me to another room to examine him when she brought him back he was absolutely covered in blood on his rear end she had squeezed the anal glands and apparently blood and pus came out they made no attempt to clean his rear end until I asked if they could clean it before I put him in the car to come home surely it would have been more polite and common courtesy to clean the dog up before handing him back to me instead of scaring the hell out of me handing him back covered in blood not very impressed at all

  We have been at these vets for years. We said goodbye to one of our cats there. We have been quite happy but in recent months the service has really gone down hill. No continuity of care, really unhelpful attitudes of reception staff and taking payments without providing the service paid for. It is time to move elsewhere. Very sad

  Very caring vets - took my hamster Oreo to get cremated through them. They helped me take Oreo’s paw prints and fur clippings which I was given with along with her ashes. They also sent me a lovely condolences card ❤️
