- KBKat BarnesMay 9, 20265.0Our three dogs have all been treated here. The nursing team is really understanding and patient when I call (I'm AuDHD) and the vet team has been excellent. Sadly we expect to frequent their service more this year but the dogs couldn't be in better hands. Highly recommend and also to tell them if you have any special needs and need more time when phoning to book appointments, they're really nice

- MWMichele WisemanAug 15, 20211.0Vet was good but reception staff were not helpful and unfriendly, they cancelled my appointment by mistake and then tried to send me off without seeing the vet, when I said I wasn't going anywhere until I was seen, they were very unhelpful, ignored me, and made me feel like I was in the wrong! My poor cat had to crouch cooped up in his tiny cage for over an hour surrounded by various barking dogs!! He was very stressed and I was not happy!!
