- ATAmber TempletonSep 11, 20261.0Use to be a very good vets, couldn't fault them at all.But I moved my cats to another vet due to them never having any vets on site. Couldn't get the help i needed with them as no one was ever around to help. And turns out one of my cats had a 5 year+ old injury what was missed by this vet. Felt completely ignored and helpless..I'd honestly never go back with you guys.
- SKSarah KnappAug 28, 20261.0Overcharged significantly today. Very unhappy. I was charged £85 for a puppy Lepto booster. AI/Google said the vax costs the vet £8-11 per dose and the appt for administration plus cost of vaccine should have been around £15-£43. 10 days ago I paid £65 for a DHP booster vax and £70 for a rabies vax at a different vet with both costs given to me upfront so £85 is ridiculously high. I queried the cost as it was not advised upfront and it was confirmed as correct. I also establised they had kept my data from a single visit whilst on holiday in the area over 10 years ago without my permission, contravening GDPR/Data Protection and my rights.
