- CCCharlotte ChristmasMay 27, 20261.0Joined up, had a meet & greet. Told me that my dog needed a “scale & polish” for his teeth at £250. Booked in, then told extra charges will be added then I was “cc’d” in on private emails saying my dog was booked in for an emergency appointment when he wasn’t. This took 2 emails to get cancelled. Felt Seadown Vets were very unprofessional so I left after 3 weeks. New vets asked for my dogs history. Seadown gave them the history for 3 weeks and refused to forward my dogs paperwork for the past 6 years from previous Vet who retired. APPALLING SERVICE & ATTITUDE. New Vets did a meet & greet today and nothing wrong with my dogs teeth and he doesn’t need a scale and polish!!!!
- JRJackie RamosMar 28, 20225.0We was on a short break in the new forest when our dog’s kneecap came out he was in pain & we didn’t know where to go, I googled Seadown Vet group in Lymington as we had no signal we drove there on Saturday morning hoping to be seen. The minute we arrived we were greeted by a lovely receptionist who took all our details & was seen within 10 minutes by the lovely vet Claire, she had time for us explained everything but most importantly worked her magic & got our dog out of pain. There were no out of hours fees to pay as they were open, we can’t praise the care given to us enough by these 2 special ladies on what was a stressful time away from home. Thank you so much we are so grateful. 💕💕
