- MHM HOct 3, 20261.0Called and tried to explain that we were running late for an appointment by 15 minutes the person on the end of the phone was really rude - I’ve used the shedfield branch of CVS and never had a problem but absolutely not will I be bringing my kitten here. Next
- ZHZoe HaywardSep 24, 20265.0Had to return with a kitten that is meant for a friend but has had trouble with bowel movements. First appointment we tried laxatives they phoned us on the Wednesday to see how he was I told them still having issues so said book appointment if no better so we did appointment made for 5pm Thursday. Had call back saying vet wanted him back sooner so could we do 1pm we did thankfully we hadn't fed him as he needed to go in and be sedated to manually removed his impacted bottom. The vet made it a lot cheaper then should of without herself getting into trouble. She was fantastic and so we're the nurses and receptionists all polite friendly and understanding. Only vet I will use and trust.
- JPJade PartonAug 27, 20265.0Just finished an appointment with Nurse Kayleigh (I hope I've spelt that right). Kayleigh was not only professional, patient and friendly, she also explained everything she was doing throughout the process. She also involved my 5 year old in the care of our 9yo Jack Russell during her check up. My daughter left in disbelief of being so involved. Kayleigh had a genuine approach to providing care in the best interest of our dog Bambi, and very obviously loves her job as shown in her approach throughout. Thank-you!☺️
