  We have three fur babies who are all registered with Ark and they are all very well looked after. We use the healthy pet club to ensure they are all up to date with treatments and vaccinations, which puts us at ease with their ongoing health. One of our babies recently needed tooth surgery and she was so well looked after. We received photo updates when she was out of surgery and all the team were fantastic when taking care of her. Carly, Louise and Cherry all went above and beyond during this time and we trusted our baby was in safe hands. After her surgery, she’s now bounced back to her usual happy self. All costs of treatment and surgery were given upfront and all covered easily with our insurance provider. This helps take a lot of stress away during those difficult times. I would never trust our cats with another practice so, if you live in the area, I highly recommend registering with Ark. Your pets will thank you. 😻😻

  Took our new puppy "Bugs" in for a check up. Could not find one fault with this practice. We were given a same day appointment - which is far quicker than our own G.P practice. We were welcomed by a very friendly receptionist- My husband was a little miffed that the "hello gorgeous" was for the puppy and not him! We waited in a very clean but relaxing waiting area for only a couple of minutes. The vet was brilliant and Bugs warmed to her immediately. Puppy didn't like where the thermometer was hidden for 30 seconds but got over it quickly! The vet was thorough, answered questions and reassured us. She explained everything in detail and we didn't feel rushed. The Ark made Bugs first vet visit a very pleasant and positive experience. This wasn't my first experience of the Ark, 10 years ago they cared for my brothers dog, my brother had died and my mum looked after his grey hound dog Sally for six months following his death. When it came to the sad day to say goodbye to Sally, an Ark vet came to mums house. The vet was very caring and it made all the difference to mum in that difficult time. Can not recommend The Ark vets enough, all the staff are amazing and it's very clear that it's a very happy work place. 🙂

  Lovely practice and nice staff bat far to over priced. They charged us £69.50 for a cat vaccination booster!
