Farnborough vets Reception staff awful- Took my dog for a checkup on Friday as she was nearly 16 and had quite a few issues due to being older. I talked over options with the vet which was decided she sadly had to be put to sleep there and then which was not expected. Vet was lovely and advised I would just get a payment link in a few days but there was absolutely no rush for payment. It n Monday at 2pm I had a text which again stated the payment link would run out in 48 hours but still not rush to pay. By 5pm I had a receptionist on the phone requesting payment before 7pm as the company was coming to collect at 7am the following day and if I did not pay this would delay me getting by dogs ash’s back. Completely insensitive given that I had no idea this was likely to happen on Friday and was still struggling to process the loss of my beautiful girl. I then had a problem with the link and had to call back to which I spoke with another receptionist who was just as insensitive re confirming that I was paying for the euthanasia of an animal!! Absolutely outrageous service and completely insensitive. I would advise not to use this vets as they have absolutely no compassion or sensitivity

Popped in today and spoke to Izzy - looking at getting a gecko but am a complete novice so had lots of questions. She was super helpful and spent lots of time helping me out and giving lots of advice - really top service, I was really happy with her customer care!
