Some Nice items however my male lop they told me was fixed and a couple months later we woke up to babies. Anyone who sells animals should be able to sex them appropriately and be able to know for sure if they are fixed or not. Alot of items they sell though are unsafe for rabbits and other pets.

I saw they had a rabbit up for rehoming that was showing signs of E.Cuniculi infection and was kept on a tiny tank, I flagged this concern to an employee who laughed at my concerns. My boyfriend went to speak to the manager and the manager was aware of the situation and tried to palm the rabbit off on us! Stress such as rehoming or small spaces can worsen symptoms of E.Cuniculi which is already a contagious and potentially deadly illness if left untreated. Treatment is so simple and cheap that even Pets At Home sell the medication, yet they couldn't be bothered to treat the poor thing. Also, if the rabbit is positive for E.Cuniculi and rehomed into a home with other rabbits, they will get sick too! The lack of care and compassion here is sickening.
Reported to the RSPCA and the council.

Bad customer service from a girl called Jess, no pleases no thank yous, we corrected her when she continued to fight back with an even nastier attitude in front of her manager who proceeded to say nothing. We are regular customers here so really appalled by this. Pets At Home do better by employing people worthy of their job please ☺️
