My first encounter with this vet practice and they are wonderful. Kind, caring, professional and all good at their jobs and I include the reception staff in that. We have only just started going to them, they are looking after our 2 cats and I feel they are in good hands.

Used this vets for nearly 17 years . Think they changed hands or just got worse ! Shame. Just had my cat put down which was over £317 I asked why it was so much money as only had my dog put down 5 months ago. They said because we ( the girls ) said they wanted Cremation! My wife went with them and was totally not true ! Took the cat last year there because couldn't eat and coughing all the time 2 of them looked at my cat and took x-ray. So we just took him home. Paying £300 plus. With in an hour of being home. Coughing and then coughed up big hair ball ! Was 100 per cent after. All the years so good when other people there then left. Shame wouldn't use them again now even my girl took her cat to different one now today 😕 bit longer trip Shame

I am on vacation and my dog is unwell. Initially, they took down my details, but because I am not a UK resident and neither I nor my vet are part of the CVS network, I was turned away. At least they were friendly about it and recommended a vet just a short distance away, where my dog received excellent care.
