  No one EVER goes to the vet for a good a holiday or night out, so its always a bit nerve wracking as your poor pet might be ill. But from reception to the most excellent vets they make it a pleasant place to be. And price wise they're excellent compared to some in thr area and there's no compromise on the quality of service

  I would have previously recommended them as I have used them for years but not any more. I have been hounded to pay a £450 bill for putting my 14 year old dog to sleep. I get they’re a business but I was never not going to pay, I just needed time. I have had several letters calls and texts then threats of debt collectors and it only happened about a month ago. The fact I’d been a regular paying customer for maybe 20 years counted for nothing. Very disappointing and I’ll never take another animal there now or recommend them to anyone.

  5 stars brunswick place staff and everything are absolutely lovely they care so much about the animals and you as a owner I wouldnt take my animals anywhere else
