- LDLiz DicksonMay 18, 20261.0I would have previously recommended them as I have used them for years but not any more. I have been hounded to pay a £450 bill for putting my 14 year old dog to sleep. I get they’re a business but I was never not going to pay, I just needed time. I have had several letters calls and texts then threats of debt collectors and it only happened about a month ago. The fact I’d been a regular paying customer for maybe 20 years counted for nothing. Very disappointing and I’ll never take another animal there now or recommend them to anyone.
