Great communication from reception to vet assessment by Emma. Highly recommend for level headed decision making and advice to keep costs down while discussing options.

I cannot recommend Anton Vets enough. After having a really awful experience with my local vets, they took in my lovely ferret, Velvet, as an emergency. I felt that the knowledge on ferrets was 10/10, which is really hard to find! But most of all, which was the most important to me, was that they had empathy. I really felt like they did everything possible to save her / understand what was wrong with her. Usually with small / unique animals the empathy lacks. I also loved hearing that the vets enjoyed her company so much. I would also like to mention that I thought the whole process from start to finish was unbelievably professional and empathetic. I sadly had to get my girl put to sleep, which they were so kind about and allowed us time and to bring in her brother to say goodbye. They also did not chase me for any payments, they allowed it to be on my own terms. I am so thankful for Anton Vets. I can now know and have peace that everything was done for Velvet that could've been done.

My Dog Frost sadly passed away a few weeks ago but was very happy with the care and kindness that Phoebe provided for her in her final moments. She passed without suffering and was able to be taken care of in my car. Thank you Phoebe.

I can not thank everyone enough. I know we are not out of the woods yet but our Mator has a fighting chance . I have spent days trying to find someone who could help as he is not a normal pet but a Koi and this is a bit specialist . The whole experience has been amazing from the first phonecall to seeing the fabulous Vet and nurse . Never once did I feel daft because he is after all a Fish but he is our Pet and we love him dearly and despite what others may think he deserves a chance as he is very poorly but has been fighting hard for 6days now . He also is the funniest character ( yes all our Koi have personalities) So thankyou I now feel at peace that I have tried everything for him and fingers crossed for the antibiotics and I don’t squirm at doing the next injection 🫣🐟💗
