- CTCraig ThorneOct 14, 20231.0Initially, about a year ago - they were great. More recently, they've been awful. My dog comes out with a very uneven cut, straggly hair everywhere, and claws that were just as long as when he went in. I called them out on it, and they've accused my dog of being a biter and making it unsafe - my dog is the friendliest, most loving dog I've ever met. He's never gone to bite anyone! Today will be his last groom here, shocking service!

If you don’t collect your dog at the agreed collection time, there'll be an additional charge of £5 for every 30 minutes we hold your dog after the collection time stated on the grooming contract.
