A bit disappointed our experience at this particular branch today. After doing extensive research we decided to get some fish to go in our musk turtle tank. The person that helped us used AI on google to check whether the fish were suitable to go in the tank after we had already said about doing research. We were then told as we were leaving to ‘do our research’. Rather frustrating as if you’re working in a pet store you should already be knowledgeable on keeping fish and various animals.

Ask for a item for my dog a treat he loves and didn't have it or know what i was on about so left it at that, not very helpful or friendly looked at me as if don't care or interested at all
