They have endless patience with my anxiety as I get really worried about doing the wrong thing! Knowing I have such kind experts on the end of the phone makes a massive difference. From the vets to the reception team, I haven’t had any contact that hasn’t been excellent. Thank you so much for all the care you’ve given so far to my horses and for all the care you’ll give in the future, it’s very much appreciated.
