Cancelled my appointment at the last minute as they were “too busy” whilst I was already on way with my cat after spending half an hour trying to get him in his carrier, it was his first ever time going to a vet so assumed they’d be a bit more understanding of this.

Lloyd is always welcoming and the vet nurse Daisy met today was fantastic as a nervous pup she made at ease with blackmail treats 🤣

Our dog has been a few times now. We were well impressed when the East Kilbride surgery phoned on a Sunday to follow up a visit the day before to Grangemouth. Top marks for customer service. Much better priced than any other local vet...especially when we can get a Groupon deal.
