The short haired, older, female member of staff bullies people into signing up to a clubcard. If people say they don't have a points card and that they don't want one, stop harassing them!! Also, so disappointing to see pets at home are still selling animals in such terrible welfare conditions. Rabbits, guinea pigs and rats etc..do not belong in such cramped, cruel conditions. So many animals need homes already. Rabbits are exotic animals who have complicated care requirements, and shouldn't be bought to please a kid around Easter time to be later rehomed or even worse abandoned in the garden.

Awfully rude manager he is unhelpful and miserable faced! Also, there is a young lady on the till with short dark hair who always has an attitude and not helpful whatsoever. I thought Pets at Home was a friendly store but not this particular branch! But Ali Is fantastic, super friendly, and always happy to help. She would make a perfect manager
