My partner took our cat for an appt for hair loss - they were absolutely brilliant with her. Unfortunately, he had to wait a while due to a previous appt overrunning and Sasha on reception was absolutely great, she also gave us a recommendation for a groomers for our cat to help with the hair situation. Thank you!

What a lovely veterinarian. A couple of years ago our cat was killed in the road and someone took him to Coopers vets, we went in to collect him, he was in one of the rooms on blankets and a candle was burning in his memory, when we took his body away the level of care and sympathy was above and beyond. Fast forward 3 years there has been a stray black cat coming into our garden and sleeping under where I have covered the garden furniture, we feed him etc but we have two boy cats ourselves so can’t take him in. He must’ve have a fight as a big pus filled lump grew on neck, we called the RSPCA who said take him to a vet. We took him to Coopers who drained the lump and cleaned it. They gave us antibiotics and painkillers no charge because he is a stray and no chip. We kept him in our kitchen away from ours for a week but had to let him out as keeps crying. Again the level of care given by Coopers is great. The care and treatment of animals from Coopers is the best I have ever seen. If anyone wants a beautiful black cat who is about 2 years old he still sleeps in our garden please reply to this post. But i just wanted to tell people how wonderful Coopers vets are.
