- SDSally DaviesJul 1, 20265.0On Tuesday of this week I lost my little Lexie. She had something wrong from a puppy that meant she was hyper vigilant most of the time. Alex spent an hour with me talking it over. Gave me the options and helped me make a decision that was right for Lexie. She is now safe and will be “ forever my Lexie” When it came to the end I spent all the time with her needed to make her feel safe and loved in her last moments. All the staff were fantastic and made a very painful and difficult time easier to bare. If you treat your dogs as family and would put their safety and dignity before your own broken heart then this is the surgery to register your pets. The customer care is second to none. Thank you in particular Alex Gorman and Matt Sands for helping me to support Lexie and make her last moments as comfortable, safe and loving as possible. Thank you so much guys Sally and Lexie

We’ve personally seen Alex and Sara, who are wonderful, but honestly, the entire staff—including the lovely reception team—is fantastic. Managing four dogs, including one with a disability and a twelve-year-old senior, can be a challenge, but the team is always so patient and accommodating. They consistently go above and beyond to fit us in whenever we need them. We couldn’t ask for better care!
