  Pets at Home is generally a great place for basic pet needs; however, their live food selection is often lacking. With regards to the Groom Room, which I use monthly, Adela is absolutely an asset to the store. Standards have slipped slightly since she went on maternity leave, but due to her ability to handle and groom my Pomeranian so well, I will continue using the groomers until she returns.

  Took our elderly foster / rescue girl in for a bath and a tidy up, she is a very weighty girl who has possibly never been groomed before. The girls were absolutely fantastic with her, even though she wasnt very co operative. She looks a dream is so much more comfortable. Thank you Groom Room

  We have used them twice now and our dog - who is a nightmare to groom due to his anxiety and skittishness - has not only been groomed perfectly, but with great professionalism and care. Highly, highly recommend.

  We normally go to a local groomers but thought we’d try here on a friends recommendation. The groomers were brilliant- did exactly as we asked to suit the dog and our lifestyle. He looks so smart but more importantly they cut it how we asked so it’s easier to manage during a muddy wet winter with a dog that is obsessed with all of the muddy water he can find! Definitely recommend!
