    Terrible! Cut my puppy’s paw pads and cut through his quick. They didn’t even bother to notify us and when I emailed to complain she lied about it and said she didn’t cut the fur on the underside of his paws at all, which she very obviously did.

    I have been taking Chester and Ruby to the Groom Room since they were puppies.Kinga does an amazing job on them and they are happy to go..cannot recommend her enough she is super friendly,proffesional and an expert in what she does

    Dissapointing! Went for a suit fitting for wedding and hardly any styles were in stock to try on. The lady that served us was nice and really helpful but was restricted by what was available. The more senior member of staff came in a few times whilst we were having our appointment and he was quite rude and blunt. I suggested a few styles/ideas I liked and he seemed very judgy. Anyway, ended up going to moss bros in Colchester (was reluctant to go high street before) but the regional manager was in store and provided us with excellent service and we really enjoyed discussing the various options with him. His attitude was completely different to what we experienced here!!
