While the procedure itself went well, we had an issue afterwards where the cone provided was too small, and the aftercare instructions were not very clear regarding preventing him from licking the surgical area. Unfortunately, this led to an infection, and we had to spend an additional £40 on medication. I would recommend that pet owners double-check the cone size and ask for clear aftercare guidance to avoid similar issues. Overall, the shop is good and the staff are friendly, but there is definitely room for improvement in post-surgery advice and communication.

The staff need training on manners and how to speak to their customers. They are very opinionated considering they are not vets. If I could give zero stars I would, and furthermore by the looks of the other reviews I’m not the first person to have been subjected to this.
