- BEBilly Edwards5 days ago3.0I have been to the Chelmsford Pets at Home a few times. What I liked: • They have cheap prices. • There is lots of choice. What could be better: • The tanks can look crowded. • I have seen some tanks with dead fish. • The staff do not seem very knowledgeable about fish care. • They sell products, such as filter cartridges, that can disrupt the tank cycle and harm fish if used incorrectly. Overall opinion: I would not recommend this shop for buying fish because, if you want your fish to stay healthy and live a long time, it is better to go to a dedicated fish shop.
- MMMontanaMay 6, 20261.0i have taken a faulty pet bed back to pets for home today, and i have come home feeling very very upset by how rude the manager was to me, telling me that i have caused the damage to the bed by putting it in the washing machine even though its all machine washable he was very rude to me called me a liar the bed has all come unstitched by itself i had proof of purchase and the manager was still telling me i had no receipt and then he was telling me i was wrong to bring back a faulty item which i could not believe because thats the normal thing to do if you have a faulty item you return it with proof of purchase and thats what i did the manager was completely out of line by what he was saying to me and very rude and abrupt i have always been a very good customer in this store but i will never go there again.
