- SBS BennettMar 26, 20261.0I was told by wildlife rescue to give an injured bird id found to the vets, once I got to the vets they said they was going to kill it/put it down as they can’t help as the bird, they said this before they even looked inside the box at the bird to even analysis its condition. The bird was still alive and had been trying to fly out of the box I had put it, it had some scratches on its back and a loss of feathers but was mainly just scared. These ladies didn’t even look or care to look at the bird and just decided because it’s a bird they want to kill it, I thought their job was to help animals not discard them.
- VSVirginia SpringAug 17, 20255.0Been with this Practice since they were in Earls Hall Avenue many years ago. During that time I have had 3 dogs who have all received the best treatment and care. When the sad time came to say goodbye to two of my previous dogs, their care and understanding was second to none. During Covid they were there for us too. I was in the surgery recently when an old labrador was brought in whose legs had given way. I knew he/she sadly would not be going home. It was so heart breaking to see but the receptionists were SO caring and knew exactly what to do. I have nothing but good things to say about everyone at this surgery. The girls on reception have all been there for a number of years and they have always done their best for myself and my dogs. Most of the vets have changed over the years but the expertise and care has not changed. Thank you all for being there and for everything you do.
- CECharlie EvansJun 25, 20241.0Con artist, missed a call by 2 minutes for a quote for my dogs surgery that they was supposed to call for a day before so now they're refusing to give me a quote unless she has another consultation although nothing has changed from yesterday, avoided this vet unless you want to be mugged off
