Had to bring my puppy here last night and although there was a bit of a wait the staff were very friendly and helpful. They saw my puppy, gave him meds the next day to come home with and put my mind at ease. Only thing is he was sent home and the issue is still ongoing so not sure what to do with that now.
I would recommend your vets . Thank you for your help .

Absolutely devastating experience with Your Vets Rayleigh at a time I should have been supported the most. Booked my Labrador in to sadly be put down at age 14. Had to wait 25 minutes beforehand in the room before a vet came in and asked - how can I help you! The procedure took in total 1hr 20 mins - they just prolonged the agony- the response at the reception desk was the same as I always get when I asked how long the vet was going to be - sorry they are still in with the person before you- we are a hospital as well as a standard vet - if they are going to provide these services employ more vets so our poor pets and owns aren’t waiting endlessly. In addition just 6 weeks prior was encouraged to have blood tests for a dog that clearly had a very limited time to live. Vets have been given poor press lately and my experience confirms that they are only interested in money - my sister issues a nearby vets that is compassionate and provides a quicker service

My dog wasn't registered with this vet but they saw us on the same day we rang. Toby was 18 years old and after waking up poorly it was his time to go to Rainbow Bridge. I cannot thank them enough. From the moment we walked in we were taken care of. The special room made such a difference to Toby, it didn't feel like we were at the vets. We were allowed as much time as we wanted, before and after. The room was very special and we added our little tribute to the wall. Thank you so very much for making a very upsetting time, not so traumatic. Jayne, Katie and Lee

It’s 3 months since my dog died, I am not blaming the vets for his death, but the way they treated him was awful. I explained that he was a nervous, snappy dog and they didn’t want to deal with that. He wasn’t eating and getting worse and they wanted him out of the hospital. He couldn’t take medication as he wouldn’t eat anything, no advice was given, in fact all I got was a hefty bill that even the insurance company said was ridiculous. I had to take him to my branch in Dagenham two days later to be put to sleep. I can’t praise them enough there. Kindness and compassion go a long way.
