It's a great pet shop however there are some things that I do not like.
The items are expensive. Example a dog jacket cost double than if you go elsewhere.
The way they keep fishes it's not right. They require you to have a well establist large tank bla bla bla but they do not follow the same rules. Some type of fish they sell require a 50 gallon tank each and they keeping 15-20 in a 5 gallon tank.
Also the fishes sick all the time so I wouldn't purchase fish there for sure.
The staff normally helpful and friendly if you able to catch one. Last visit I waited at least 30 minutes to be able to talk to someone as there was 1 staff member on the floor and he was telling his life story to some customers.

So kind when we had to have our pooch put to sleep. They took foot prints and sent a condolences card afterwards too. So thoughtful, meant a lot 💖
