- SBSteve BishopJun 19, 20261.0So very dissatisfied today with the reception at the vets section The previous lady was so helpful and caring when we lost our dog last year so when we we got our new rescue we joined there immediately Our new dog is very reactive to other dogs and was booked in the grooming section adjacent and then in for a check up and procedure in the vets He had reacted to a number of dogs so I took him to the quiet side of the waiting area and asked the receptionist if she could just let the grooming section know we were there This is separate to the vets which I understand and she explained she couldn’t calm them , I said it’s 10foot away could she just let them know but she suggested I should do it without taking into acccount how overstimulated my dog was at the time I said.maybe she could help And just let them know But she refused adding to the stress of an already stressful situation I cancelled our appointment at the vets and will leave for Someone whose customer service is better This was easily avoidable and I suggest restraining before you lose more customers as we won’t return Very poor and I explained as we left how simple She could have resolved and asked for an apology which was refused Don’t go there

- LMLee MerisonJun 2, 20261.0Very poor attitude of person on till means I will not visit and after 2 previous poor service for me is strike 3 I wanted to purchase 3 plants advertised on the stand at 3 for £15 , on checkout the total came to £19.50 , when I said they are advertised for 3 for£15 she said only if you have a club card, I challenged that as I couldn't read the sign which was so small and couldn't be seen. She then handed my money back and in a very unprofessional manner said " go check for yourself if you don't believe me " I will go somewhere else in future.
- KOKayla OconnorMay 27, 20261.0Absolute horrible customer service nasty and rude judging off character lying and saying there wouldn’t be enough time to go thru a talk about buying a hamster we got there at 6:45 closed at 7:30 was just an excuse to no sell to us as saw as an impulse buy’ Judgy and talking about how we have to sleep on it and come back and just all together straight up rude all of completely a negative environment implying we wouldn’t be able to look after a hamster as if the enclosures are 2 by 2 boxes that they put the poor hamsters/rats disgraceful and disgusting behaviour don’t not buy from here
