Although i don't use them for main food anymore (dogs) Great for treats and toys, which my dogs have an abundance of. Sundry line is also very good meds, grooming, wear. Evetywhere could always do better, it's life.

Unwelcoming store atmosphere — Management lacks basic courtesy
I visited Pets at Home expecting a friendly, helpful environment, but my experience was ruined by the store manager.
When you walk into a customer service environment, basic politeness is the bare minimum. I waited for a store manager to buy a flea treatment product for my dog, when finally he showed up, there was no "good morning," not a "hello," nor a simple "how are you." Instead, I was met with complete indifference, as if customers are an inconvenience rather than the reason the store exists.
Customer service starts at the top. If the manager can’t be bothered to show basic manners or greet people entering their store, it sets a terrible tone for the rest of the staff and the entire shopping experience. I’ll definitely be taking my business elsewhere or buying my pet supplies online from now on. Very disappointing.

Would give it a zero if I could.
Wanted to buy fish for my daughter only to be told I can’t as my tank isn’t big enough yet it’s bigger than the tanks they are selling from which have approx 20 fish in each one, When questioned I simply got told it’s their policy, yet they have multiple offers on buy 2 fish for x amount etc also the tanks they sell you aren’t big enough either going by their policy. So buy a tank just so you can look at a tank of water as they can’t sell you a fish for it cos it’s too small.
Absolute joke of a company will not be going here again.
